This time I will talk about steps to scanning

Topic : STEPS TO SCANNING

Scanning is a reading technique to be used when you want to find specific information quickly. In scanning you have a question in your mind and you read a passage only to find the answer, ignoring unrelated information.

Signal words and Detail

1. First --> Identify the question
2. Second --> Find the keyword
3. Third --> Scanning the text
4. Finally  --> looking for the information on sentence

Here are so steps to do a scanning.

First, First, identify the question. Read all questions and after that try to find the question that was asked.

Second, Find the keyword. After you identify the question, try to find the keyword or the specific information on the question

Third, Scanning the text. Find the answer by scanning the text with see the specific information.

 Finally , Determine the answer, is it relevant with what the question ask for.
